It is a managed service: we set it up, run it and report on it.

Besides the managed lead-capture service, SYSTEM designs and builds custom websites, client portals, marketplaces, booking and quoting tools, dashboards and AI workflows for South African businesses. Every project starts with a paid discovery and a written scope. SYSTEM takes a project on when it is confident it can deliver, and says so plainly when it is not.

Ecosystem Core fits when the problem is enquiries: calls, WhatsApp messages and forms that arrive faster than anyone answers them. It has a fixed price and a standard scope. A custom build fits when you need something that does not exist yet, such as a client portal, a booking or quoting tool, or a workflow built around how your business runs. Custom work starts with a paid discovery and a written scope. If you are unsure, book the free consultation and you get a straight answer on which one applies.

On full payment of the price in the signed scope, you own the bespoke final deliverables made for you. SYSTEM keeps its Background IP, meaning its reusable code, templates, tooling and methods, and you receive a licence to use whatever is embedded in your deliverable. Yes, as a custom project. The scope, price and timeline are written down before work starts, and the project does not need the monthly service.

SYSTEM is based in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga. Consultations happen by video call, phone or WhatsApp, so you do not need to be nearby. Custom builds are open to any South African business.

No. The AI receptionist works with the business number you already have. There is no porting and no new SIM.

On WhatsApp and web chat, replies go out in the language the customer writes in, including Afrikaans and isiZulu. The voice receptionist speaks English. If you need spoken Afrikaans or another language, raise it in the consultation and we will tell you plainly whether it is ready for your business before you sign.

No. It covers the times nobody can answer: after hours, weekends, and when your team is busy on the phone or on site. Your staff get a sorted list of who wrote, what they need and how to reach them. Quoting, scheduling and decisions stay with your people.

Ecosystem Core is priced for one business. If you run several branches, we start with a conversation, usually with one branch first, then a written scope for the rest. Book the consultation and say how many branches you have.

SYSTEM's AI receptionist is not sold as a separate line item. It is included in Ecosystem Core at R3,000 per month plus a once-off R6,000 setup fee, together with the rest of the lead-capture system: website, WhatsApp and form intake, Google Business Profile and reporting.

AEO structures accurate business information, service pages, schema and FAQs so search engines and AI assistants such as ChatGPT can understand your business and describe it correctly. No provider can guarantee that an AI tool will cite or recommend a business.

Ecosystem Core is R3,000 per month plus a once-off R6,000 setup fee. The setup fee is paid in two halves of R3,000, one to start and one when your system goes live, and the monthly fee starts one month after go-live. It is the only package, so there are no tiers or add-ons to compare.

It depends on what one job is worth to you. The price is a once-off R6,000 to set everything up, paid in two halves of R3,000 (one to start, one when your system goes live), then R3,000 a month, about R100 a day, starting one month after go-live, with no minimum term. For a plant hire company, workshop or contractor whose average job is worth several thousand rand, that is about the value of one job a month. If your jobs are small and you only get a few enquiries a month, it is probably too much for now, and you will hear that plainly on the consultation. SYSTEM does not promise a number of leads or jobs.

No. There is no minimum term. You sign a service agreement, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.

It pays for the initial build and configuration: your website, the WhatsApp, form and missed-call intake, the AI receptionist and your Google Business Profile. It is paid through Paystack in two halves of R3,000: the first before onboarding starts, the second when your system goes live. If SYSTEM misses the commitment to have your system ready for review within 10 business days for a reason within its control, what you have paid of the setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel within 5 business days after that deadline. The 10 days start once the agreement is signed, the first R3,000 has cleared and we have your material. Once the first version is with you for review, the setup fee is not refundable. The exact wording is in the service terms.

The setup fee and the monthly fee are paid by card through Paystack. If we meet in person and agree it beforehand, you can also pay by card or phone tap through iStorePay. If Paystack has a technical fault, an EFT can be agreed in writing as a fallback. In every case the payment counts once it has cleared and matched your agreement, and bank details only ever come from your signed agreement or an invoice from SYSTEM.

Everything in your name stays yours: your domain, your Google Business Profile, your phone and WhatsApp number and your customer records. You also get an export of every enquiry we captured and a handover file that explains how your setup works, so another provider can take it over. What stops is what we run for you: the AI receptionist, the intake automations and the hosted website. If you want to keep the website itself, we quote a one-off handover before you leave. Exports and files are handed over once the account is settled.

The R3,000 monthly fee is billed in advance through a secure payment link. Paid advertising spend, if you choose to run ads, is separate and paid by you directly.

Hosting and upkeep of your website, AI-assisted reception where it fits how you work, WhatsApp and web form intake with missed-call follow-up, Google Business Profile management, answer engine optimisation, enquiry routing and follow-up, and monthly reporting.

The system has to be run, not just built: replies, follow-ups, updates to your Google profile and content, fixes when third-party platforms change, and reporting. Monthly billing keeps that work going and keeps us accountable for it.

No VAT is currently added to the advertised fees. VAT will be charged only if and when SYSTEM is legally registered or required to charge it, with the applicable amount shown on a valid invoice.

We may suspend services on 48 hours written notice after the due date, and restore them once payment reflects as cleared. The full detail is in the service terms.

Ready for your review within 10 business days of a signed agreement, the first R3,000 of the setup fee cleared and your material. Often sooner. If something we need from you arrives late, such as logins or your list of services, the clock waits for it.

A short brief and your approvals, your logo and any photos, the services and areas you cover, and access to the accounts involved, such as your domain and Google Business Profile. We confirm exactly what is needed before work starts.

After the consultation you get one page, in writing, at no charge. It lists what was looked at (your website, Google Business Profile and how enquiries reach you), the specific places enquiries are being lost, whether Ecosystem Core is a fit, and a clear next step: stop, or scope the work. There is no invoice and no obligation.

No. Bring the address to the consultation and you are told plainly, before you pay anything, whether it can stay. The price is the same either way, because the monthly work is the same: answering, intake, your Google profile and the report. If your site stays, the setup time goes into connecting it and into your Google profile instead of a rebuild.

Then that is the core of it. Every WhatsApp message is answered, qualified (what, where and when) and added to one list, including after hours.

You do not run any of it. SYSTEM builds and manages the system, you approve everything before it goes live, and you get a plain-language report every month.

No. SYSTEM does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, revenue or AI citations, because those depend on your market and on platforms nobody controls. What we commit to is written in the signed agreement and the published service terms.

There is no minimum term. You cancel with 30 days' written notice. SYSTEM does not guarantee leads, rankings or revenue, so the monthly report is how you judge it on your own numbers.

Monthly reporting is part of the service. It shows what came in and what happened to each enquiry, so you can judge SYSTEM on your own numbers. With no minimum term, you can leave if it is not worth it to you.

Not publicly yet. SYSTEM started trading in May 2026 and only publishes a client's name or results with that client's written permission. It does not use invented testimonials, review counts or performance figures.

Accounts you own, such as your domain and Google Business Profile, remain yours where practical. Your enquiry data can be exported once your account is settled, and on full payment you own the bespoke deliverables built for you. Reusable background technology and the systems SYSTEM hosts are licensed to you for the length of the engagement and end when the service ends.

When SYSTEM processes your customers' information on your behalf, you are generally the Responsible Party and SYSTEM acts as your Operator, processing it only to deliver the service. The privacy policy and service terms are published in full.

Yes. Like any modern service, SYSTEM runs on established providers for hosting, messaging and AI. Which information goes where, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.

It is not affiliated with any other company that uses System, Systems or SA in its name. Check the registration number and the website address to be sure you have the right company.

SYSTEM is run by its founder, so the service terms set out three protections. Your domain, Google profile, number and customer records stay in your name, so they keep working whatever happens to us. A handover file describing your setup is kept for you, and you can ask for it at any time and get it within 5 business days. And if we cannot be reached by phone, WhatsApp or email for more than 5 business days without warning, you can cancel immediately and the unused part of that month is refunded.
