    Procurement · Vendor onboarding

Everything your procurement desk needs, on one page.

If you are loading SYSTEM Infrastructure as a supplier, this page holds the company details, B-BBEE status and compliance position your vendor form asks for. If something is missing, email us and you will have it the same business day.

    B-BBEE status

    B-BBEE Level 1 Contributor: 135% Procurement Recognition

Issued for an Exempted Micro Enterprise (annual total revenue of R10,000,000 or less). The certificate serves as an affidavit in terms of Code Series 000, Section 4.5 of the Amended Codes 2013, so no verification-agency certificate is required.

135% procurement recognition is the recognition level stated on the certificate. How that is applied to any buyer's B-BBEE scorecard depends on that buyer's own sector code, verification and audit, so we make no claim about a specific scoring outcome.

    Data protection and POPIA

Where SYSTEM processes enquiry and customer data on your behalf, you are generally the Responsible Party and SYSTEM acts as an Operator under the Protection of Personal Information Act. SYSTEM is a Responsible Party for its own sales and administration records.

An Information Officer is appointed: Boikanyo Zulu. SYSTEM uses third-party processors to deliver the service, and the current list, together with the incident-reporting route, is published on the trust page. Our full privacy position and the Operator obligations we accept are in the service terms and privacy policy.

A data-processing agreement can be signed alongside the service agreement where your procurement process requires one.

    Commercial terms

One managed offer: Ecosystem Core at R3,000 per month plus a once-off R6,000 setup fee. No minimum term, and 30 days written notice to cancel. Billed monthly in advance. Advertising spend, where used, is separate from the fee.

Full inclusions and the cancellation terms are on the pricing page. We make no guarantee of rankings, lead volume, revenue or AI citations, and that is stated in the service terms rather than buried.

    Continuity and exit

SYSTEM is run by its founder. The service terms limit what that means for a client:

    • Domains, the Google Business Profile, phone and WhatsApp numbers and customer records stay in the client’s name where practical, so they keep working whatever happens to SYSTEM.
    • A handover file describing each deployment is kept for the client and delivered within 5 business days of a request, so another provider can take over.
    • If SYSTEM cannot be reached by phone, WhatsApp or email for more than 5 business days without notice, the client may cancel immediately and the unused prepaid fee is refunded.
    • On exit the client receives an export of its enquiry records. The hosted AI receptionist and automations end with the service.

The binding wording is in the Master Service Terms.
