For Construction & Civils
Site and tender enquiries, qualified before you call back.
For South African construction and civil contractors. SYSTEM answers developer, municipal and private enquiries, asks the scoping questions you would ask, and sends you a clear brief. Your website and Google listing are set up so anyone who checks you finds a credible company.

Why it matters here
Market context
Construction work in South Africa is won long before a quote is submitted. A developer, a municipal procurement officer, or a body corporate chair searches for a contractor, opens three websites, and quietly removes two of them from consideration. That filtering happens without a phone call and without feedback. If your online surface does not match the grading, safety record, and completed work you actually hold, you are competing at a disadvantage you never get told about.
Public spending signals suggest the volume of that filtering is increasing. The African Development Bank has confirmed a $400 million loan for the Mpumalanga Municipal Utility Reform Programme, covering the eMalahleni, Lekwa, Govan Mbeki, and Mbombela municipalities. Programmes of that scale usually pull work through several tiers: water and sanitation reticulation, electrical reticulation, roads and stormwater, civils enabling works, and the trades that support all of them. SYSTEM Infrastructure has no involvement in that programme and claims none. It is cited here purely as regional context for why demand in the Highveld corridor is unlikely to be quiet. Context of that kind rewards contractors who are easy to verify and easy to reach. Both are engineering problems, not marketing problems, and both are fixable in days rather than quarters.
The leaks
Where are enquiries being lost?
- Tender panels and developers checking you online before they ever call
- Enquiries arriving after site hours, when the office is closed
- Quote follow-ups skipped because the team is on site
- No structured record of completed projects, gradings, or compliance credentials
What changes
How does SYSTEM fix it?
- Credibility-first site with project library, CIDB grading, and compliance detail
- AI reception across web, WhatsApp, and missed calls, configured to run continuously
- Qualification of scope, budget band, timeline, and location before it reaches you
- Local and service-area search visibility for civils and building work
- Automated follow-up cadence so quoted work does not go cold
Questions about ownership of the site, data handling, deployment timelines, and what happens if you pause an engagement are answered on our FAQ.
The first weeks
What deployment looks like
The first build is a credibility surface. Completed projects with scope, value band, duration, and outcome. Gradings, registrations, safety record, and B-BBEE status stated plainly and marked up so that search engines and AI answer engines can read them. Team detail that shows there is a competent organisation behind the name. This is the layer that decides whether you make a shortlist you never knew existed.
The second build is the capture layer. Every enquiry, whatever door it arrives through, is answered immediately, qualified for scope and budget band, and logged in one pipeline with the site location and timeline attached. Tyre-kickers are filtered without anyone on your team spending an afternoon on the phone, and serious briefs reach a decision-maker with context already attached.
The third build is continuity. Quotes are followed up on a fixed cadence, review collection runs automatically, and search content keeps answering the questions your buyers actually type. What is included, and the price, are set out on our pricing page, and you can book a call to walk through whether it fits your grading and pipeline.
Be the contractor that survives the online filter.
Ready for your review within 10 business days of a signed agreement, the first R3,000 of the setup fee cleared and your material. Often sooner. See the service terms.
