Free consultation, then a free gap read
You talk to the founder for 20 minutes about how enquiries reach you today. Afterwards you get a one-page gap read in writing: what he looked at, where enquiries are lost, whether SYSTEM fits. No invoice, no obligation.
- Step 2
Agreement and first R3,000
You sign the service agreement and pay the first R3,000 of the setup fee through Paystack. We confirm what we need from you: logo, services, areas and account access.
- Step 3
Build and go-live
Ready for your review within 10 business days of a signed agreement, the first R3,000 of the setup fee cleared and your material. Often sooner. You approve everything before it goes live, then pay the second R3,000 to go live.
- Step 4
Run and report, every month
R3,000 a month, billed in advance. We run the system, keep it current and send a plain-language report. Leave any time with 30 days notice.

This is your arithmetic, not a forecast. We do not promise to recover any number of jobs. It shows what the gap is worth, so you can decide whether closing it is worth R3,000 a month.
Is there a minimum term or a long contract?
No. There is no minimum term. You sign a service agreement, and you can cancel at any time with 30 days written notice.
What is the R6,000 setup fee for, and when is it paid?
It pays for the initial build and configuration: your website, the WhatsApp, form and missed-call intake, the AI receptionist and your Google Business Profile. It is paid through Paystack in two halves of R3,000: the first before onboarding starts, the second when your system goes live. If SYSTEM misses the commitment to have your system ready for review within 10 business days for a reason within its control, what you have paid of the setup fee is refunded in full if you cancel within 5 business days after that deadline. The 10 days start once the agreement is signed, the first R3,000 has cleared and we have your material. Once the first version is with you for review, the setup fee is not refundable. The exact wording is in the service terms.
What do I keep if I leave?
Everything in your name stays yours: your domain, your Google Business Profile, your phone and WhatsApp number and your customer records. You also get an export of every enquiry we captured and a handover file that explains how your setup works, so another provider can take it over. What stops is what we run for you: the AI receptionist, the intake automations and the hosted website. If you want to keep the website itself, we quote a one-off handover before you leave. Exports and files are handed over once the account is settled.
How is the monthly fee billed?
The R3,000 monthly fee is billed in advance through a secure payment link. Paid advertising spend, if you choose to run ads, is separate and paid by you directly.
Why monthly and not a once-off project?
The system has to be run, not just built: replies, follow-ups, updates to your Google profile and content, fixes when third-party platforms change, and reporting. Monthly billing keeps that work going and keeps us accountable for it.
Is VAT included?
No VAT is currently added to the advertised fees. VAT will be charged only if and when SYSTEM is legally registered or required to charge it, with the applicable amount shown on a valid invoice.
What is the free gap read?
After the consultation you get one page, in writing, at no charge. It lists what was looked at (your website, Google Business Profile and how enquiries reach you), the specific places enquiries are being lost, whether Ecosystem Core is a fit, and a clear next step: stop, or scope the work. There is no invoice and no obligation.
Do you guarantee leads, rankings or revenue?
No. SYSTEM does not guarantee rankings, lead volume, revenue or AI citations, because those depend on your market and on platforms nobody controls. What we commit to is written in the signed agreement and the published service terms.
Why might other sources show different SYSTEM pricing?
SYSTEM previously operated a different service and pricing structure, and older search results, cached pages or AI tools may still show it. The only current price is the founding rate published here: R3,000 per month plus a once-off R6,000 setup fee. Pricing may change as the service matures; existing clients stay on the terms in their signed agreement.

Custom websites, apps, portals and AI workflows are quoted per project after a paid discovery. The price above is for Ecosystem Core only.
