    For Earthmoving & Equipment Repair

A machine down at 04:00 goes to whoever answers.

Breakdown work does not wait for office hours. SYSTEM is the intake layer that answers, captures the machine details and puts the job in front of you before the next workshop replies.

When an excavator, dozer or ADT stops on a Highveld site, the site manager phones down a list until somebody picks up. The workshop that answers first quotes first, and usually gets the job. Most repair businesses lose that race not on skill or price but on who was near a phone. SYSTEM answers on your behalf across calls and WhatsApp, captures the machine make, model, hours and fault description, and routes it to the right person with the detail already in hand. Ecosystem Core is R3,000 per month plus a once-off R6,000 setup fee, with no minimum term.

Where enquiries get lost, and the fix

    What happens

Breakdown calls come in at night and over weekends

    What it costs you

The site usually can't wait, so the job tends to go to whoever answered first

    What SYSTEM does

AI reception answers around the clock, captures machine make, model and fault, and escalates urgent breakdowns immediately

    What happens

The caller cannot describe the fault properly

    What it costs you

A wasted callout, or a quote built on the wrong information

    What SYSTEM does

Structured intake asks the same diagnostic questions every time: machine, hours, error codes, site access, whether it is mobile

    What happens

Fleet and mine contractors cannot find you on Google

    What it costs you

Procurement often ends up using a supplier they can find and load, not necessarily the best workshop

    What SYSTEM does

Google Business Profile, local visibility work and structured service information so buyers and AI assistants can find and quote your capability

    What happens

Enquiries live in one person's WhatsApp

    What it costs you

Quotes that go unfollowed can quietly become somebody else's revenue

    What SYSTEM does

A central enquiry pipeline with automated follow-up on quotes that go quiet

    What changes

What the system is set up to do for you. It is not a promise of lead volume or revenue; the monthly report shows what it actually did.

    • Breakdown enquiries answered and captured outside working hours
    • Machine and fault detail recorded consistently before you quote
    • A findable, credible presence for fleet owners and mine procurement
    • Follow-up behind every quote instead of nothing

    What it costs

Ecosystem Core: R3,000 per month plus a once-off R6,000 setup fee

The single managed offer covers after-hours breakdown intake, structured machine detail capture and the local visibility fleet buyers use to find a workshop.

    Questions from equipment repair

Can the assistant handle machine-specific questions?
It captures rather than diagnoses. It records make, model, hours, error codes, site location and access, and flags urgency. Diagnosis stays with your technicians, which is where it belongs.
We work across mines and hire fleets. Does that change the setup?
Yes, in the intake questions. Mine sites need induction and access detail captured up front; hire fleets need the machine and contract reference. Both are configured during setup.
Do you serve workshops outside Mpumalanga?
Yes. Delivery is remote across South Africa. We are based in eMalahleni, so the Highveld coal corridor is familiar ground.
